Catalog descriptions and prices communicate indicative scopes. A binding scope, fee, timeline, and deliverables exist only when confirmed in a written studio proposal accepted by both parties.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information, timely decisions, access to relevant spaces, and permissions required for the work. Delays in these areas may affect a planned schedule.
Payments and suppliers
Payment terms are stated in the applicable proposal. Supplier availability, lead times, prices, warranties, and installation are subject to the relevant supplier’s terms unless expressly included in writing.
Intellectual property
Studio concepts, drawings, written recommendations, and brand materials remain the property of Homelisse Atelier until agreed fees are paid, except for client-owned materials supplied to us.
Limits and termination
The website is provided for general information. Neither the website nor an inquiry creates a professional engagement. Either party may end an engagement according to its written proposal and applicable law.
